Enchilda Casserole big oven

1 1/2 pound Hamburger
2 can (12 oz) Enchilada Sauce
2 can (4 oz) Green Chilies chopped
12 ea Corn Tortillas
1 can (12 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can (12 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 ea White Onion chopped
2 cup Cheddar & jack cheese shredded

Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion. Pour off fat. Cut tortillas into 1" squares and mix with all the other ingredients except cheese in a large bowl. Add drained hamburger. Mix and pour into a 9x13 glass casserole. Spread cheese evenly over mixture. Bake covered at 375 for 1 Hour. Serve with Sour cream and Salsa.

  1. SO this is ok but it needs more...Black Beans, Corn Rice or something to act like a filler.
